Attachments will not be opened unless they have been requested by me.

Payment terms for work undertaken are strictly seven days net, or upfront before the work is done, as specified on the quotation.

If the work received does not reflect the original understanding from which a quotation was produced, I reserve the right to withdraw the quoted price and contact you to discuss a new price before commencing any work.

The completion date will be required at the 'enquiry' stage along with the date by which I can expect to receive the work so that I know how long I will have to complete it and if I will be able to meet your deadline.

Acceptance of any quotation will be subject to agreement of the stated price, payment terms, level of work required and timeframe for completion of the work. 

A job cannot be cancelled once work has commenced without incurring a fee for time already worked.
